Where can I download the Bin?

You can download The Bin app for free on the App Store and the Playstore!

What type of items can i sell on the bin?

The Bin is a one stop shop for all wrestling gear and apparel. You can utilize the platform to sell anything from wrestling shoes, to headgear, to sweatpants. We have categories for men, women, and children.

HOw do I list an item on the bin?

The Bin app was created to be as simple and stress-free for users as possible. Check out our How it Works section on our home page for a step by step guide on how to list your product.

can i track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information straight to your email.

how much is the processing fee for each transaction?

The Bin charges a 12% processing fee for all purchases. This amount is taken out of the seller's earnings once a sale has been made.

how do i ship my order?

After someone purchases your items, check your email, as you should have received a prepaid USPS shipping label. Next, pack up the item, attach the prepaid shipping label, and drop off at a USPS location near you. The Bin's policy requires that you ship the item within 48 hours. That's it! If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to customerservice@the-bin.org.

What do i do after my order arrives?

You accept your order on The Bin app. This will then release your payment to the seller. If you do not accept your order or reach out to customer service regarding an issue with the order within 72 hours, the payment will automatically be released to the seller. Also, make sure to give the seller a rating!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs a flat rate of $7.00, which is paid by the buyer. 

Someone purchased one of my items. Now what?

Congratulations! Check your email, as you should have received a prepaid USPS shipping label. Next, pack up the item, attach the prepaid shipping label, and drop off at a USPS location near you. The Bin's policy requires that you ship the item within 48 hours. That's it! If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to customerservice@the-bin.org.

What if the Product I ordered arrives damaged or not as described?

Please reach out as soon as possible to customer service at customerservice@the-bin.org and we will refund your payment! Please include photos of the product and the order number in your email.

Can I return an item that I already purchased?

Returns can be made if the product you purchased is different than the items description or is damaged. Please reach out to customer service if either of these is a concern of yours.

What if my order never arrived?

The Bin does not release the payment to the buyer until you have confirmed that the order arrived as expected OR if 72 hours has passed since the delivery date. If your order never arrived or, reach out to customer service at customerservice@the-bin.org. Make sure to include your order number in the email. We will respond within 24 hours and make it right!

Why does The Bin need my social security number?

When you set up your bank information on The Bin, the last four digits of your Social Security number are required by the credit processor for verification purposes. For more information, click here
